Member since: Friday, December 7, 2018 | Hi, I’m Andrea, the Founder of Making Waves Photography.I’m a Canadian-born photographer who spends her time between homes in Toronto, Canada, and Cape Town, South Africa. I’ve had a passion for photography since I picked up my first Nikon as a small child. Fast forward to today, and I’m using that passion to enable change in my community and throughout the world. Ever since I started diving with sharks back in 2015, I have been ruthlessly fighting to engage the general public on the significance of sharks and the ocean as a whole. I want to utilize my skills in photography to convey the beauty and emotion that sits just behind the eyes of every animal I encounter. My goal is to show the world that these animals can feel, and with that maybe I can help humans find their connection within nature.
