i do most of my dives within Mactan Island. Mactan Island is an urban reef located just about 15 minutes away from Mactan-Cebu International Airport with world class hotel resorts and dive centers abound on the eastern side of the island. Most of our coral reefs are on poor condition due to destructive fishing and marine pollution. We are advocating for the protection and rehabilation of our marine enviroment through the creation of marine sanctuaries.
