Member since: Tuesday, March 13, 2007 | I started to practise underwater photography with my first tropical immersions and since then, my immersions are exclusively finalised towards photography, even in non-transparent or sweet water.
After I have used the Nikonos V with 15 and 20 mm lenses for around 9 years, I began to photograph with a Nikon F90 in housing , but after around 1 year, because of a disastrous flood, I decided to pass definitely to the digital photo. Equipped with a Nikon Coolpix 5000 to 5 Mp, Ikelite housing, Ikelite DS 50 strobe, slave strobe and “ScubaLight” torch from 50 W I began to practise this new technology preferring macro to environment photos. Currently I dive and I practise the sporting fishing from the boat in the northerner Adriatic sea.
