Many places are in my best favourites : Apataki island in Tuamutu for school of grey sharks, Bora bora for manta rays in shalow water, Mayotte in Indien Ocean for meeting umpack whales, Elphistone rock for hammer head or logimanus sharks, Port Cros, France for big grouper and under water cliff covered with red colored gorgons
